十五運會火把傳遞將于11月2日上午9:00在噴鼻港、澳門、廣州、深圳4個城市同步舉行，共設火把手200棒，每個城市跑動50棒，每棒跑動50至100米。
在火把傳遞活動結束后，四個城市代表將分別把火種送回廣州，當天17時擺佈，一場簡單的融火儀式將于廣東奧林匹克體育中間舉展場設計行，以銜接十五運玖陽視覺會開幕式場內火把傳遞和主火把點火。
本次運動會火把傳遞將以“豪情、溫熱、綠色、生態”作為整體抽像，火把傳遞標志名為“海焰之靈”。標志下方是涌動大型公仔不息的波浪，代表著陸地的廣袤與深奧，象征著粵港澳年夜灣區作為海上絲綢之路主要節點，得天獨厚的陸地地輿優勢和參展向海圖強的大志壯志。眼光上移，一只靈動的中華白人形立牌海豚躍出海面，既展現了十五運會吉利物的場地佈置風采，又象征著綠色、生態、可持續發展的理念。
在標志的上方，熊熊燃燒的火焰在海面上肆意舞動，象征著全運會的圣火好像深海的寶躲，蘊含著無盡的能量，點燃運動員的豪情與夢想。
